Hand Physiotherapy
Our Hand Physiotherapist has more than 30 years’ experience in the management of hand injuries and conditions. She works closely with many of Sydney’s Hand and Orthopaedic Surgeons, GPs and other Physiotherapists. Jo is highly skilled in:
- Diagnosis and management of hand injuries and conditions
- Applying casts and thermoplastic splints to hands and wrists
- Providing clear education about the problem and appropriate management
Post-operative rehabilitation
We work closely with many specialists in the Newtown area. This allows continuity of care for the patient with expert communication between clinicians. We work together to help you get the best results from surgical procedures such as:
- Hip and Knee replacements
- Hand/Wrist surgeries
- ACL reconstructions
- Neck and back surgery
Neck and Back Pain
We use hands on treatment to help relieve pain and work toward optimal function for issues such as:
- Muscular and Joint Pain

Shoulder and Elbow Pain/Injuries
Individualised treatment for injuries or pain in the upper limb, for injuries such as:

Workers Compensation/CTP
We are happy to treat patients covered under the Workers’ Compensation and CTP schemes.
We will bill the Insurance company directly once you provide your claim number.
